About the Role

We are seeking a Veterinary Hospital Manager to join Marin Pet Hospital in beautiful North Bay Area town of San Rafael, California.We are a well-established, full-service small animal hospital that has been providing veterinary care to our community for over 50 years. We value our patients and treat them like family with the utmost regard for quality of life, respect, and compassion. Our three-doctor team is supported by experienced and knowledgeable support staff and we work in conjunction with fully boarded ophthalmologists, dermatologists, and other specialists off-site.

Responsibilities of Veterinary Hospital Manager include but are not limited to: operational oversight of our hospital including leadership team of technicians and receptionists managing financial and business development of the practice including managing a budget and key performance indicators overseeing client care ensure client loyalty by demonstrating exceptional client service.

We are looking for candidates with strong problem-solving skills and a proven ability to get things done in a timely and efficient manner, excellent interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, presentation skills, and a grasp of and daily management of revenues, inventory and payroll.

This is a Full-Time position, (40 hours per week) with an hourly pay range of $30.00 (Min) - $36.00 (Max). Pay will be determined based on previous experience, skill set, and practice type.
